Warranty for the Amida Simputer
The Amida Simputer ("Device") carries a 1 year limited warranty against any defects in workmanship, or material under normal usage and service applicable only to the original customer of this Device. The Warranty service includes free spare parts and free service during the warranty period. Any failure of the Device due to, including but not limited to, the following will NOT be covered under warranty: Misuse/misapplication Improper site condition Damages due to secondary transportation without original packing Damages due to environmental hazards Negligence Failure caused due to tampering of the machine by unauthorized personnel Any modifications or alteration done to the product Usage of spurious consumables, fake consumables/compatibles Damage or removal of the warranty sticker on the Device Warranty Period Validation The warranty status of the Device/s will be checked before accepting the same for repair under warranty. Customers are requested to produce their warranty card when availing warranty services. Customers may also be required to produce proof of date of purchase in case of any discrepancy.
