Unlike a hardbound volume, Amida goes everywhere. So you can read stories in E-Library sitting on a park bench, in a crowded train or (thanks to the backlighting) even on a moonless night.
We have tried hard to ensure that reading an e-book on Amida is as close to reading a book as possible:
- Thanks to Amida's flip-flop motion sensor, you can turn the pages of an e-book with a gentle flick of the wrist
- You can bookmark the pages you like (may be, it is the page where the prince proposes to the princess), so you can return to them easily
- Of course, you can doodle on any page, like with all Amida applications. So, you may find yourself illustrating the pictures you like, or marking difficult words to look up in the dictionary later

- The Little Match Girl by Hans Christian Andersen: a heart-warming tale of little left out in the snow by her evil father
- The Real Princess by Hans Christian Andersen: a handsome princess searches far and wide for a bride
- Kannada saahitya
