STEP 2: Identify your Application, and its Users
We start by figuring out who or what process will benefit most by using the Amida in your organization. And our Applications Team will work with you to understand what a successful Amida solution will look like.
Timeline: 2 sessions with Operations, Technology & Business team - 1 week -
STEP 3: Design and Develop an Application Proof-of-Concept (APOC)
The Applications team will develop an APOC at no cost, and present it for your feedback. You will also see adequate proof of the simple and speedy application development process on the Amida platform.
Timeline: Typical APOC development - 2 weeks -
STEP 4: Evaluate
Your team can get a touch and feel of the APOC. Feedback is vital. We concede that the user is supreme. The end result of the evaluation will give us inputs on changes and enhancements, scale factor and preparation for complexity, and final parameters of success.
Timeline: Typical client experience- 1 week -
STEP 5: Identify the Solution Partner and Scale Up
Based on a joint assessment of the complexity and other parameters, we will identify & empower an Amida Affiliate to implement the final solution.
All learnings from the APOC phase will be shared with the Affiliate. Standardisation of peripherals, hardware options and use cases, long term application and hardware support are also defined.

STEP 6: Install, Test and Deploy
During the course of deployment, our Application Team will be available for help to the Amida Affiliate as well as guidance for your Operations team. Local hardware support for the Amida Simputer and peripherals will be provided through our manufacturing and distribution partner, the Rs. 3000 crore technology and defence solutions company, Bharat Electronics (BEL).
Timeline: Determined by you and Amida Affiliate
